Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Uncompleted wagering requirements that lapse after the bonus validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance. Real-money funds deposited by you are not affected by bonus expiry.
All bets placed on AK 40 — whether on cricket, football, esports, or casino games — are subject to the specific rules for that product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence.
AK 40 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault. Where odds, payout ratios or game parameters are published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to pricing errors significantly out of line with prevailing market rates — AK 40 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. For cricket markets covering PSL, T20 internationals and domestic competitions: in the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or postponed, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section. DLS-adjusted results will be honoured where applicable.
Live casino games are conducted by real dealers and streamed in real time. In the rare event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection.
